Our Finance team is a passionate, high-performing group committed to supporting PowerSchool operations through accurate and timely financial transaction management. The team provides critical business guidance on a broad range of accounting, reporting, and analytical projects, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
The role's primary duties include:
• Establish the new Subscription Metrics and Analytics team, defining its roles and responsibilities.
• Oversee all aspects of ARR data integrity and reporting.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance data processes and accuracy.
• Develop, orchestrate, and refine standardized processes for data collection, validation, and
reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and alignment.
• Manage integration of ARR metrics from acquisitions, ensuring seamless data incorporation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
and data accuracy.
• Serve as a key counterpart for business stakeholders, ensuring their needs and insights are
integrated into the ARR strategy.
• Present status reports and actionable insights to executives and stakeholders.
The Key Responsibilities out of Team Goals include:
• Ensure accurate reporting to avoid compliance issues and maintain stakeholder trust.
• Establish processes to smoothly incorporate ARR metrics from acquisitions.
• Implement a quarterly ARR lock process to secure auditor confidence.
• Drive continuous improvements in ARR operations to adapt to changing business environments.
• Provide actionable intelligence to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
