Team Overview

Our Research & Development (R&D) team is the technical talent at the heart of our product suite, overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery. From engineering to quality assurance to data science, the R&D team ensures our customers seamlessly use our products and can depend on their consistency.

Description

The Software Engineering team is a group of full stack developers who design, develop, and maintain our products, tools, and infrastructure.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

• Design, architect and develop high quality software modules
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
• Work in a Hybrid Engineering model and contribute to all phases of SDLC including design, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing of the features.
• Write and review code, mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team whenever required
• Collaborate with product and QA team to get better understanding of the requirement and releasing a bug free code
• Collaborate with peers and Engineering stakeholders to improve internal standards for code style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale systems environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant and related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.
• Proficiency in JAVA and J2EE and relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge in Hibernate
• Proficiency in MySQL
• Strong knowledfe in UI related technologies like React, Jquery, HTML, CSS. etc
• AWS related knowlefe is a good to have 
•
