Team Overview

Our People Experience (PX) team leads PowerSchool’s human-resources function, equipping and encouraging PowerSchoolers to reach their potential while driving business results. The PX team manages the organization’s global workforce infrastructure; supports the overall employee experience; and attracts, develops, and retains talent.

The PX Technology team is responsible for implementing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting the PX technology platforms. 

Your day-to-day job will consist of: 

• Assist with and support HRIS, LMS and ATS maintenance such as processing mass imports, assisting with access assignments, field management, and process flow configurations 

• Provide mid-level support for system processes by monitoring system errors and discrepancies, addressing issues and escalating as needed 

• Ensure timely resolution of supports tickets by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and providing strong customer service 

• Conduct regular data audits and ensure information is accurate and up to date 

• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed solution documents such as user guides, training materials and system documentation 

• Support reviewing and testing new releases, developing supporting materials, updating existing content (if applicable), drafting and generating communication updates to impacted users 

• Support PX system-related projects including implementations and change request enhancements by partnering with respective stakeholders, participating in project meetings, supporting testing needs, and developing needing documentation   

• Research system best practices, identify opportunities for improvement. Stay agile with new priorities and adapt to changing business needs 

• Participate in the development of the technology roadmap and enhancement initiatives 

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications include: 

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience. 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience. 

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills  

• Excellent verbal and written communicational skills 

• Strong organizational and time management skills  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 

• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Exposure to UKG, iCIMS, Litmos, LinkedIn and global support is preferred  

• Familiarity with SQL and BI reporting is a plus  

• Basic project management skills are a plus
