Team Overview

Our People Experience (PX) team leads PowerSchool’s human-resources function, equipping and encouraging PowerSchoolers to reach their potential while driving business results. The PX team manages the organization’s global workforce infrastructure; supports the overall employee experience; and attracts, develops, and retains talent.

Responsibilities

Description

The PX Operations team is responsible for performing a broad range of Talent Operations functions, including HRIS management, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, employee records maintenance, off-boarding and administering HR policies and procedures. The team interfaces with several different functional groups across the organization, as well as third-party payroll and benefits providers.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

  • Manage end to end employee life cycle including
  • Confirmation Process
  • Employee Grievance Handling
  • Employee Relations
  • Employee Separation
  • HR Process Improvement
  • Automation
  • Vendor Management
  • Employee Database/ Personal file Maintenance
  • New Hire Orientation
  • Background check
  • Exit Management
  • Data Analysis & Reporting (Optional)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant and related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.
