Team Overview

Our Information Technology (IT) team leads all aspects of IT systems and processes across the enterprise, including data services, security, compliance, applications, automation, and end-user services. Through innovative and streamlined technology solutions, this dynamic team enables company growth​, protects data, and serves as a critical partner to all departments of PowerSchool.

Design and Development:

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using BOOMI software.
• Create and maintain integration architectures and frameworks.
• Develop and manage data integration workflows, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Connect to APIs and develop python scripts to pull source data
• Usage of Python and Boomi to automate business processes

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Sales, Success, and Support to understand integration requirements.
• Guide stakeholders through technical conversations, ensuring clear communication of integration processes and solutions.

System Management:

• Monitor and maintain integration systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
• Perform regular system updates and enhancements to maintain system integrity and security.

Mentorship and Leadership:

• Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and knowledge transfer.
• Lead integration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Technology and Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and protocols such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and messaging systems.
• Understanding of Python to perform API calls
• Implement best practices for integration development and deployment.
• Identify opportunities for improving integration processes and implement innovative solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes and solutions.
• Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing any issues or risks.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in integration development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Dell boomi software and other integration technologies.
• Proven experience in designing and developing integration solutions using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and messaging systems.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts and patterns.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
• Experience with API management and development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Strong investigation, remediation, and reporting intuition
• An understanding of basic scripting languages with preference in Python
