Overview

The Product Management team is critical in full lifecycle product planning, delivery, and marketing with the end user in mind.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
Executing the ERP communication activities according to our growth plan.
Support the product team and to execute activity across various channels.
Impeccable eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to articulate and creative feedback.
Executing the blueprint for content-driven plans.
Day to day management, including the review of campaign trackers, reports, recaps, and maintaining databases .
Should execute insights from data derived & use it to improve the product experience.
Coordination with all client support techniques
We expect them to be absolutely passionate about customer service / relationship management
Devise and effectuate policies to maximize customer satisfaction by offering them quality service and building strong relationships.
Reviewing and ensuring data (hard and soft copy) / e-mails/ client files are updated.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

2 year or less of relevant and related work experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
Travel occasionally, up to 10%, for key moments such as team summits, training, customer meetings, company events, etc., with increased frequency during peak periods based on business demands.
This position is subject to company on call policies which constitutes working hours outside of the normal workday as needed
