Team Overview

Our Research & Development (R&D) team is the technical talent at the heart of our product suite, overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery. From engineering to quality assurance to data science, the R&D team ensures our customers seamlessly use our products and can depend on their consistency.

Description

• • Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines
  • Develop backend components in using Java, SQL.
  • Write optimized SQL queries for analytics and reporting
  • Containerize services using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve pipeline/job performance

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year or less of relevant and related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• • Strong coding in Java
  • Very Strong SQL skills
  • ETL and analytics exposure
  • Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes
  • Git and basic CI/CD understanding
  • AI-assisted ETL Component development
    • Use AI tools for code generation/refactoring/test creation
    • Write clear prompts for coding tasks
    • Validate and secure AI-generated code before production

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS)
