Team Overview

Our People Experience (PX) team leads PowerSchool's human-resources function, equipping and encouraging PowerSchoolers to reach their potential while driving business results. The PX team manages the organization's global workforce infrastructure; supports the overall employee experience; and attracts, develops, and retains talent.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Chennai (NS) roles with focus on contractor hiring.
  • Own requisition lifecycle from intake discussion to offer rollout and closure.
  • Proactively source candidates through job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned to hiring demand.
  • Conduct resume screening and initial recruiter assessments to evaluate fitment against role requirements.
  • Ensure quality candidate submissions aligned to business expectations.

Interview Coordination & Management

  • Schedule and manage end-to-end interview process (panels, timelines, feedback tracking).
  • Ensure timely collection of structured interview feedback and smooth candidate progression.

Candidate Engagement & Experience

  • Drive a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and timely updates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey.

 Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and PX-BPs on hiring strategy, timelines, and expectations.
  • Provide market insights, hiring updates, and consultative support to stakeholders.

Operational & Administrative Ownership

  • Assist in contractor-related processes such as attendance tracking, monthly invoicing coordination, and vendor follow-ups for Contractors
  • Ensure accurate data management and compliance in ATS and internal systems.

Process Adherence & Reporting

  • Maintain adherence to SLAs, recruiting processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Track and report hiring metrics, status updates, and pipeline health.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Min 1 year of relevant and related work experience.
  • High level of proficiency running reports in MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and well organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Multitasking and analytical skills
  • Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
