This position, under the general direction of Engineering leadership, will be responsible for technical and development support for our award-winning K-12 software. This role will use their knowledge to implement, code, build, and test new features, maintain existing features, and develop reports that will include components, data models, customization, and reporting features for our products. This position will gather and refine requirements, develop designs, implement, test and document solutions to produce the highest quality product and customer satisfaction.

The Senior Application Specialist ensures an efficient software operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving escalated end user help requests. You will be responsible for working with the business to design, develop, implement, integrate, and support PowerSchool’s applications. This person is also responsible for defining, documenting and implementing best practices and standards.

This position, under the general direction of the Lead and/or Manager, Test Engineer, will be responsible for Manual Testing for our award-winning K-12 softwares. This role will test new features, maintain existing features of our existing product. Additionally, this position will go through the requirements, develop Test Case scenarios, perform manual testing to produce the highest quality product and customer satisfaction. We also require the resource to have experience on selenium as well.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the Localization of all PowerSchool portfolio of products targeting various countries across the globe. Additionally, you will play a significant role in building framework components for Internationalization in various technologies, with a primary focus on Java. This position, under the general direction of the Lead and/or Manager, Software Engineering, will be responsible for technical and development support for our award-winning K-12 software. This role will implement, code, build, and test new features, maintain existing features, and develop reports that will include components, data models, customization, and reporting features for our products. Additionally, this position will gather and refine requirements, develop designs, implement, test and document solutions to produce the highest quality product and customer satisfaction.
